關于N4700 材料

N4700陶瓷電容是近年研發成功的一種新型陶瓷,是高端產品中廣泛使用的陶瓷材質,相對于其它I類陶瓷其介電常數大,適合于做容量較大的電容,其具有耐壓更高,介質損耗小于0.2%,比一般II類陶瓷低很多;絕緣電阻大于200000MΩ,頻率特性好,溫度系數好,承受電流大,在溫度從-25℃到+85℃時容量變化+/-28%,壽命長,其使用壽命在10年以上。

◆注意事項 PRECAUTIONS

(1)運輸和儲存

?請避免在高溫或高濕度或淋雨狀態下運輸或儲存電容。

?不要放置在有毒氣體,如硫酸,鹽酸,硝酸等。

?避免碰。

(2)在操作過程中

?避免接觸,如汗液電解質。不要赤手觸摸。

?避免過多的影響,如墜落造成。

?請勿焊接螺柱端子。

?不要再機終端。

(3)用法

?當電容器用于高速脈沖,如激光,確保外加電壓(峰 - 峰值電壓),電容器的額定規格內。

?確保電容不暴露輻射室或變壓器。 (1) During transportation and storage

(2) During operation

(3) Usage

? When the capacitor is used for high-speed pulses such as with a laser, make sure that the impressed voltage (peak-to-peak volt-age) is within the capacitor’s rated specifications.
